Policies.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. For the initial prototype batches (001 and 002), orders may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

South Africa delivery: We use The Courier Guy / Pargo for nationwide delivery, free on every order, anywhere in South Africa. Allow 3–5 working days. Collection in Cape Town is available at checkout.

Pre-order items: Items marked "Pre-Order" or "Pilot Run" have specific shipping dates listed on the product page. Check your confirmation email for the estimated dispatch date.
